What you can expect from Gary, and what Gary expects from you.
What it is
Gary is an app for cataloguing and managing stock at home, in your garage or in your business. By using it, you accept what follows.
Your account
- Give a real email address — that is where confirmation, notifications and your backups are sent.
- Your password is your responsibility. If you suspect someone has learned it, change it at once.
- One account per person. If you want to share your inventory there is sharing for that — do not hand out your password.
How you may use it
For anything you like, except:
- illegal content or activity
- attempts to get around plan limits, reach other people’s data, or deliberately load the service
- automated bulk extraction of data that is not yours
Plans and charges
- The free plan really is free, and it does not expire.
- Pro is billed monthly. The trial needs no card.
- You can cancel whenever you like. The subscription runs to the end of the period already paid for — there is no refund for the remainder.
- If prices change you will be told by email before anything applies to you.
Your data stays yours
Whatever you enter belongs to you. You can download all of it, whenever you like, from Tools. We use it for nothing but showing it back to you.
What we do not promise
Gary is provided "as is". Every effort goes into keeping it correct and running, but there is no guarantee of zero downtime or zero bugs.
Keep your own copies. Automatic backups exist for exactly this — switch them on from your profile. Liability for data loss is limited to whatever you have paid in the last month.
Ending it
You can leave whenever you like — ask for deletion at gary@garyapp.gr. Your account can only be suspended if you break what is set out above, and you will be told first unless something needs acting on immediately.
Changes to these terms
If anything material changes you will be told by email. Continuing to use Gary afterwards means you accept it.
